Website Update Request Form

Use the form below to request a change to the website

If you have a request for general website maintenance such as a content change or a new page, please fill out the form below. Certain requests, such as bulletin changes or updates to directory listings are not made by the Web Team, and should be sent to the proper department.  


Is my request for routine website maintenance, or is this a new project?

Here are some things to consider when making that determination:

  • Will this involve multiple departments within IT?
  • Does this require a kickoff meeting?
  • Are you working with an external vendor or third party system?
  • Does a new website or web component need to be built?
  • Do a substantial portion of web pages need to be revised?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, your request is most likely considered a larger project. If you are unsure if your request is a project or maintenance, please email the Web Communications Team with details of your request for clarification.
