Our Process
Fill out the Project Request Form detailing your goals and expectations for the project, including all requested documentation.
Each request goes through an in-depth review process to determine priority and level of work effort before approval to proceed as a project is given.
After approval, we will schedule a meeting between all involved parties to discuss the scope and direction of the project.
The plan will be carried out — involving all key stakeholders. The final product will be tested and implemented.
After completion of the project, we will obtain a sign-off of deliverables and revisit in 6-12 months to ensure stakeholders’ needs are met.

Though all projects come with a certain amount of risk, we’ll help you cut down on risk where possible. We’ll help determine how much risk is associated with each step of your project, see if the risk can be avoided in certain situations, and let you know how to deal with it when necessary.
It’s important to note that risk should not always be seen as a bad thing, and in the right setting, the risk could turn in to valuable opportunity if capitalized on correctly.
