Our Password Management Tool allows you to easily change/reset your password. 

How to Enroll

Sign in using your eCampus email and password, then register your phone number (cell recommended) and an alternative (non-Adelphi) email address.

Once you register your phone and email you’ll be able to get Microsoft Office for free!

Note: You must currently be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate student, staff or faculty member to be eligible for the download.


Changing Your Password if You Know Your Current Password:

You will need to sign in with your email and current password.

Don’t Remember Your Password?

If you don’t know your current password, you will need to use your phone or alternate email to reset your password.

When you change your password, you must also update your password in eduroam, or you could get temporarily locked out of your account.
