Navya is an integral part of the Office of Information Technology’s CIO front desk team.
She is a nursing student in the class of 2018. Navya is also a member of the brand-new Adelphi Bhangra Dance Team.

“Navya was the first person I met upon being hired. From my first day and every day since, she has had a smile on her face. She is always eager to offer assistance and to learn new things. She is very dedicated in all that she does, whether it be school, work or home. She has an amazing fun personality, and always brightens up the office. Working with her has truly been an enjoyable and worthwhile pleasure.”
“Navya is a ray of sunshine, always greeting the staff and visitors to the IT office. She is very professional on the phone, dealing with a variety of calls from within the university as well as outside inquiries.”
About IT’s Employee of the Month Nominations
It is important to demonstrate our appreciation for the contributions of our student workers to their teams, to the Office of Information Technology, and to Adelphi University as a whole. At the end of each month, we will honor one student worker who has demonstrated commitment, leadership, and initiative in their position. The recipient will be presented with a certificate and gift, as well as a featured spot on our IT website.
All IT employees (including student workers) are encouraged to submit nominations for their choice for Student Worker of the Month. Your nominee should display qualities deserving of recognition.
