The Adelphi University Information Technology Three-Year Strategic Plan for the academic years 2011/2012 through 2013/2014 is a comprehensive document that details a set of goals, objectives, and key initiatives that will create the technology-infused campus envisioned in Adelphi University’s 2015 strategic plan.
Developed by the Office of Information Technology (IT), the plan supports Adelphi’s mission and reflects IT’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that the University has the technology resources and capabilities to meet current and future demands.
Technology is integral to the University; it connects all academic and administrative units. More than a computer, Smartboard, or software, technology is an adhesive and cohesive force that enhances collaborative learning and research, simplifies processes, and streamlines systems. This broad perspective of technology’s role across the University guided the development of the three-year strategic plan for 2011/2012 through 2013/2014.
