    Maintenance Repair Requests


    You can submit repair requests to Facilities through AU2GO for various maintenance repairs on campus. Categories covered are:

    • Electrical
    • Carpentry
    • Plumbing
    • Heat
    • Air Conditioning
    • General Campus Repair

    How-To Submit a Maintenance Repair Request on AU2GO

    If you don’t already have the app, find out how to download AU2GO for free.

    Click on the eCampus tile in AU2GO and log in, select Maintenance Repair, and then fill out the fields with all appropriate information. 

    AU2GO allows you to specify one of the categories listed above, the location on campus (room number included if applicable) and description of the problem. You may also include a picture to better describe any problem.

    A work order will be created for your request where you will be able to track the progress of your request.
