Your Adelphi username is your personal identification that allows you to access Adelphi’s online and network services through eCampus, including email, course registration, and Moodle.
All users: We recommend that you change your eCampus password every 120 days to maintain security.
SAAS users: Please change your SAAS password every 90 days.
Your Student ID and PIN are used to access various academic and financial services such as CLASS. If you do not already know your Student ID and/or PIN you may look it up here.
For enhanced security, eCampus uses a PWM utility (password management). This self-service password reset function allows you to set up challenge response questions and will send you email notifications when your password has been reset or locked.
Upon logging in to eCampus for the first time, you will receive a prompt asking you to configure your security questions. This prompt will continue to appear on your “My eCampus” homepage until you have completed the setup process.
Make sure to set up security questions with answers that you know, but cannot be easily guessed. If you forget the answers to your security questions you will have to call the help desk to reset your password.
