Adelphi students, faculty and staff may borrow laptops, wireless presenter devices, flip video cameras with tripod, or external desktop speakers for daily checkout and returns.
The following equipment is available to faculty and staff only for longer periods of time:
Equipment must be reserved in advance by calling the IT Help Desk at 516.877.3340, sending an email to email@example.com, or by submitting the form below.
Borrowers must show Adelphi ID and sign for each piece of equipment every time it is borrowed. If parts of equipment such as cables are lost, borrowers are responsible for replacing them as soon as possible and prior to making another request for equipment loan.
Equipment can be picked up from the IT Help Desk, located on the second floor of Swirbul Library, near the Information Commons. The Help Desk will neither deliver nor pick up the loaned equipment. It is the responsibility of the borrower to collect and return the equipment.
