Google Classroom


What is Google Classroom? 

Google Classroom is a free web service for schools, non-profits, and anyone with a personal Google Account. Classroom’s productivity tools, including email, documents and storage, make it easy for learners and instructors to connect—inside and outside of schools.


Why use Classroom?

Classroom has many great features and benefits that make it a great tool for teachers, students, administrators and guardians. Google worked in collaboration with teachers around the world to find out what features would help them save time, keep classes organized, and improve communication with students.

Using Classroom, teachers can manage their classes by creating assignments, giving out grades, and giving real time feedback. Students can keep track of all of their work, submit assignments, and communicate not only with the teacher but with other students as well. As Classroom is a part of G Suite, members of Classroom will be able to organize all of their materials in Google Drive and work directly in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and more.
