Event/Initiative Listing Request

There are various way to publicize your upcoming events to the Adelphi community and the public.

 Student Clubs and Organizations

Academic and Administrative Departments

Due to request volume, we will no longer create individual event listings for club meetings or events targeting a small audience.

MyAULife offers the opportunity for club and organizations to post their events to to that portal, which will then display on the the Student Events page bulletin board.

If you are a club or organization leader, please set your MyAULife event to public if you want it to be visible on the Student Events page.


Send us information about your upcoming event to post on the Adelphi Events site. The event may also be displayed on your own department’s website.

We must receive your request at least 10 business days prior to the event.

We reserve the right to deny posting of any event due to time constraints and availability of staff.

Club and organization events that are received through the event form above will be sent to CSI for decision of posting the event.

Please note: We do not post external events.
