eCampus Account Setup

Find out how to access eCampus as a new student.

First: Check the email account you used when you applied to Adelphi University. 

You should have received an email from within a few days of making your deposit. In the email, there is a personalized link in a button labeled “Create Your Account” to activate your account.

Please note: Access to eCampus is not immediate. It could take 1-5 days after you’ve deposited to gain access to the eCampus portal, depending on the method of payment (e.g., electronic check payments can take 5 business days to clear).

If you did not receive an email from you may use the steps below to set up your account.

Step 1: Your Adelphi ID

Your Adelphi ID is a unique 7-digit number identification number that you will keep throughout the course of your studies at Adelphi.
» Look up your Adelphi ID

Step 2: Your Adelphi Username

Your Adelphi username allows you to log on to eCampus and other applications.
» Look up your Adelphi username

Step 3: Your Adelphi Password

Your Adelphi password will allow you to access eCampus.
» Create your Universal password

Step 4: Set Up Your Security Questions

You’re ready to log in to eCampus with your Adelphi username and password, but there’s one more thing to do: set up security questions that will allow you to reset or retrieve your password if you ever forget it in the future.

Once you’ve logged in, click the “Password Reset” icon to launch the tool and follow the instructions to set up your security questions.

Now you’re all set up to use eCampus! Explore Adelphi’s portal to discover all the great services available to you!
